My name is Suzie Parker, and like so many people, I was once overweight. Twice...

Up until I started with university, I was healthy and normal weight. Throughout my school years I played sports, walked to school, and lived a generally active life.

But in my freshman year at university, I got fat.

In a new environment, I stopped playing sports, I got a car and drove to my classes, and because no-one made food for me, I ate take-aways most evenings.

It got so bad that one evening a friend I haven't seen since school came out and asked me if I was pregnant!
